About Us

As we grow our K4C Family, it's only fitting that we introduce you to the faces behind our company and tell you a little bit about us! 

We are the McClellan Family. Kipp and I, (Cara) are the proud parents to 3 handsome boys, Korbyn, Krede, and Koen, and a fourth little guy, Kadyn, who resides in Heaven. That's where our name, K4C Premier Cottages, LLC comes in. We are a family-owned and operated business.

Kipp and I both come from small towns. He is originally from Albany, MO and I grew up right here in Trenton, a 2007 graduate of the great THS! I am blessed to manage an insurance agency here and he operates our family farm south of Trenton.

Our love for my hometown runs deep, and we want nothing more than to share with you all the happenings in Trenton. Whether you come to town on business or pleasure, to visit family or to work, we hope you take in all of the great things Trenton has to offer!
